Kreeg je een brief van het VAPH voor een half budget?

Je kan beroep aantekenen. STAN kan je hierbij helpen.

Door toekenning van halve budgetten voor de langstwachtenden in prioriteitengroep 2 wil VAPH meer zorgvragers met hetzelfde globaal bedrag bedienen. Op zich kan dit voldoening geven maar je kan daarmee  geen volledige ondersteuning krijgen die je echt nodig hebt, noch bij een erkende zorgaanbieder noch met een cashbudget. Het is een goed begin zonder dat men garantie krijgt op de andere helft. 

Dan is het belangrijk dat je beroep aantekent tegen de VAPH beslissing bij de arbeidsrechtbank om het ontbrekende nog op te vragen. Het aantekenen van beroep is vrij eenvoudig maar belangrijk is wat precies wordt gevraagd aan de rechtbank. Trefpunt STAN wil zijn leden daarbij helpen. 

Heb je een verzekering rechtsbijstand dan heb je er zelf geen bijkomende kosten voor, ook niet wat verdediging door een gespecialiseerd raadsman betreft.
