Stem voor STAN-bestuurslid Paule

Paule Cottigny is genomineerd voor 'de Krak van Alveringem'. Deze geëngageerde zeventiger verlegde bakens voor mensen met een verstandelijke handicap en verdient de titel met verve. Hier lees je hoe je voor haar kan stemmen.

Stem voor Paul Cottigny, kandidaat KRAK van Alveringem. Je kan stemmen tot 9 januari op de website van de Krant van West-Vlaanderen via deze link.

De Krant van West-Vlaanderen ging in alle West-Vlaamse gemeentes op zoek naar iemand die zich in 2021 positief liet opmerken binnen zijn of haar gemeente. Stem op jouw favoriet en maak kans op een Samsung Galaxy s20 FE smartphone ter waarde van 649 euro.

Paule uit Alveringem is auteur van 'We hadden je met vreugde gemaakt', een aangrijpend boek waarin ze de zware zorg voor haar inmiddels overleden zoon Bartel, neerpende.

“De reacties zijn positief”, vertelt Paule “Maar mensen zeggen inderdaad dat het zeer emotioneel is”. Paule zelf is opgelucht dat ze haar verhaal verteld en gedeeld heeft.

Ondertussen zijn er 200 boekjes verkocht en kon Paule €400 schenken aan onze vzw STAN Trefpunt Verstandelijke Handicap en aan de voorziening Uniek/ons erf waar zoon Bartel eertijds verbleef.

Het zou tof zijn dat Paule de Krak wordt van Alveringem! Zo wordt haar boek meer bekend en onrechtstreeks ook onze vereniging. Het zou ook een grote waardering zijn voor haar inzet voor personen met een beperking.
