Met de European Disability Card (EDC) heb je het recht op voordelen in je vrije tijd. Denk aan kortingen op een ingangsticket voor een museum of betere toegang tot attracties in een pretpark. De kaart is gratis en je kunt hem eenvoudig online aanvragen.
Automatische uitreiking vanaf 2024
Vanaf 1 januari 2024 krijgen mensen met een handicap automatisch een European Disability Card (EDC) aangeboden zodra ze een erkenning van hun handicap ontvangen. Had je reeds een EDC, maar is die recent vervallen, of vervalt ze binnenkort? Dan zal je automatisch een nieuwe kaart toegestuurd krijgen.
